The assembly has a rear chassis plate (10) supported by a set of rear wheels (2) and a front chassis plate (20) supported by a set of front wheels (3). The plates are connected by a pivot connection, where the plates are free in rotation along the connection. A steering pinion is circulated on a rudder channel across a steering control to determine a relative angle of the plate (20) with respect to the plate (10) which pivots around the pivot connection. The pinion is integrated to the plate (10) and the channel is integrated to the plate (20).
