A device for attaching ring sectors around a turbine rotor of a turbo machine is provided to move a rim of the ring sector from a groove to a downstream part to be separated from a locking member when wearing exceeds a predetermined value. A device for attaching ring sectors around a turbine rotor of a turbo machine includes a pressing part(70), two rims(72,74), and a ring sector(20). The pressing part has an F-shaped cross-section. The two rims are installed at a cylindrical part disposed in the downstream direction, and are connected to each other at an upstream end by a radial wall disposed at an outer side or an inner side thereof. The radial outer surface of the outer rim is pressed and attached to a downstream end of the radial inner surface of the ring sector wall. The radial wall is welded or soldered to a radial surface of the wearing material block of the ring sector.
