摘要 A method for controlling a container terminal using an automatic loading/unloading vehicle is provided to enhance the productivity of the container terminal and to reduce the waiting time of a crane and a transport vehicle by allowing the transport vehicle to unload a container while the crane is being operated. A container terminal comprises a yard crane, a quay crane and a transport vehicle for transferring freight between the yard crane and the quay crane. An automatic loading/unloading vehicle moves to a yard(S3). When the automatic loading/unloading vehicle has no container, the automatic loading/unloading vehicle picks up the container. When the container is placed in a working space of the yard, the automatic loading/unloading vehicle receives the container from the yard crane(S5). The automatic loading/unloading vehicle moves to a quay(S6).
