The device has two fixation supports (3) with a ply (9) on its longitudinal edge (6), while another longitudinal edge (7) is provided with a groove (11) turned in same direction as that of the ply by being delimited by a relieved return (13). The fixation supports have a locking flap for the ply at one of its ends, and a stop tab and a support finger at the other end. The support finger extends in projection and is moved with respect to the stop tab for ensuring locking of the relieved return by pinching.
