An apparatus for attaching a double-sided tape is provided to reduce a manufacturing time of an electronic apparatus by moving a board using a rotational table according to a rotary scheme. A working table(2) provides a working surface. A first rotational table(T1) includes plural stages, on which an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) is loaded. A second rotational table(T2) is arranged to have a rotational surface, which is higher than that of the first rotational table. A tape attaching unit(6) includes an attaching head, which applies a double-sided tape, on the FPCB. A tape feeder(10) connects the double-sided tape between two reels, such that one of the tapes is sucked-in by the attaching head. A seal agent applying unit(18) inverts a position of the FPCB using an inverting head and applies a seal agent on a reverse surface of the side in which the double-sided tape is adhered. A display unit(30) irradiates laser on the seal applied surface, such that a unique ID of the FPCB is displayed.
