The clutch has a clutch member receiving a drive power from an engine. A clutch control is mechanically coupled to the clutch member for manually operating the clutch via the clutch member. A power take-off (PTO) brake (35) is disposed downstream of the clutch with respect to a direction in which the power is transmitted. The PTO brake is movable to a braking position in association with a clutch disengaging operation of the clutch member. A control retaining unit retains the clutch control at the clutch disengaging position. An independent claim is also included for a power take-off (PTO) transmission structure for a tractor.
