<p>This invention describes the simultaneous or sequential administration of therapeutic or diagnostic agents using different devices in combination with a chemical formulation that incorporates or uses vasomodulatory chemical agents as part of the drug delivery vehicle. Methods include the addition of various vasodilatory and vasoconstructive agents to enhance the systemic or localized tissue delivery of therapeutic or diagnostic agents delivered into a body through the use of an apparatus or device.</p> |
