A method and a system for manufacturing a printed electronic circuit using electro photography are provided to manufacture a micro-electronic component by printing images in multiple layers. An EP(Electro Photography) printing system(80) includes at least one EP printing stations(70A,70B,70C). Each of the EP printing stations performs an EP process, such that an image is formed on a substrate. A printed electronic component material is solved to form the image. The EP printing system includes at least one driving motor(82), a substrate web advancement structure(84), and an EP printing control system(86). The EP printing control system receives inputs from a human operator, a temperature sensor, a motion sensor, and a laser beam detector, and transmits process parameters and instructions for controlling a bias voltage and a heater current. The EP printing control system controls the motors, such that inner components in the substrate web advancement structure are activated. |
