<p>The high intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus according to the invention comprises a ultrasonic transducer, an image sampling means, a drive unit for driving the'iultrasonic transducer and a movement mechanism for moving the ultrasonic transducer and the image sampling means. The high intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus further comprise a signal processing unit connected with the image sampling means, for accepting and saving the initial image from the target before the treatment is performed, and accepting and saving the image on a certain specific time during the high intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic process, and them estimating the treated effect based upon the before-treatment image and the after-treatment image, and a controller unit connected with the signal processing unit, the drive unit and the movement mechanism respectively controls the drive unit and the movement mechanism to stop the ultrasonic transducer if the signal processing unit determines that the expectant treatment effect have been obtained, and if the signal processing unit determines that the expectant treatment effect haven't been obtained, controls the drive unit and the movement mechanism to go on.</p> |
