The device has a pressurized degassing tank (1) forming a part of an engine cooling circuit. A washing water tank (3) partially surrounds the degassing tank and leaves an intermediate space (4) between the tanks. A double-walled sealed hollow body is placed under vacuum to constitute a closed thermal insulating screen between the tank (1) and a wall opposite to the tank (3). The tank (1) includes an outer wall that has metallic blades (5). The blades extend until the vicinity of an inner wall (6) of the tank (3) by improving thermal conduction of calories produced inside the tank (1).
