<p>A mobile autonomous unit for filtering vegetable oil after settling, comprises a wheel-mounted tank with a pump, circuit breaker and a meter on the outside and two filtration gradients in the tank, each with a series of six disposable cartridge filters made of braided polypropylene fibre with toric joints and caps and with mesh sizes decreasing from 100 to 1-3 microns, followed by a water trap, these components being connected by piping and individualised by cut-off valves. A mobile, autonomous unit for filtering pressed vegetable oil after 3 weeks in the decantation tanks, comprises a tank with a lid and detachable handles, mounted on wheels at the front and on a central stand at the back, with a pump in a casing, a circuit breaker and a meter on the outside of the tank, which contains two filtration gradients on a horizontal rod, each comprising a series of six filters with disposable cartridges of braided polypropylene (PP) fibre with toric joints and caps and with mesh sizes decreasing from 100 to 1-3 microns, followed by a water trap, these elements being connected by piping and individualised by cut-off valves.</p> |
