The seat has a mobile hook and a stop pad forming a blocking unit cooperating with an engagement disc for blocking the pivoting of an intermediate flange with respect to a seat flange. The hook and the stop pad allow to block the pivoting of the intermediate flange with respect to the seat flange in a trigonometric direction and its opposite direction, respectively. An upper support part (20) is mounted pivoting on a lower connection part (22), to control the stop pad, mobile hook, a radial stop, a radial slot and a control cable.
