Sporting equipment is provided to have a simple structure, and enable a user who has bad joints to exercise efficiently without exercising immoderately his joints and exercise conveniently in various patterns. Sporting equipment includes a base(10), a foothold(20), and a driving unit. The driving unit is connected to one side of the foothold(20), and makes the foothold reciprocate horizontally. The driving unit includes a horizontal arm(40), a ring body(50), an eccentric cam(60), and a motor(70). One end of the horizontal arm(40) is coupled to one side of the foothold(20). The ring body(50) is hinge-coupled to the other end of the horizontal arm(40). The circumferential portion of the eccentric cam(60) is stuck on the inner circumference of the ring body(50). The center portion of the ring body(50) moves horizontally by the rotation of the eccentric cam(60).
