An apparatus for adjusting a position of a wall-mounted flat panel display device is provided to secure various viewing angles and automatically perform fine adjustment by easily adjusting height, left and right tilting, or upper-side tilting after the wall-mounted display device is fixed in a wall. A wall fixing plate is fixed to a wall body, and rails are formed at both sides of the wall fixing plate. A movable plate is formed as a square board. Edge parts of both sides of the movable plate are attached to the rails of the wall fixing plate to be movable up and down. A height adjusting part has a height adjusting motor(140), a height adjustment gear box, a lead screw(146), and lead nuts. The height adjusting motor(140) is installed at one side of the movable plate. One side of the height adjustment gear box is combined to a cable of the height adjusting motor(140) to change perpendicularly rotary force. The lead screw(146) connects to the other side of the height adjustment gear box. The lead nuts are coupled to the lead screw and are fixed to the wall fixing plate. An upper-side tilt part includes an upper-side tilt motor(160), an upper-side tilt gear box(164), a screw set(165) of a double pipe shape, an upper-side tilt shaft(166), and a link(168). The upper-side tilt motor(160) is installed at an upper side of the movable plate. One side of the upper-side tilt gear box(164) is combined to a cable of the upper-side tilt motor(160). The upper-side tilt gear box(164) perpendicularly changes rotary force. One side of the screw set(165) is combined with the other side of the upper-side tilt gear box(164). The screw set(165) converts rotary motion in a longitudinal direction. The upper-side tilt shaft(166) is connected and rotated with the other side of the screw set(165) by one body, and both sides of the upper-side tilt shaft(166) are fixed to the movable plate. The link(168) has a joint part. One side of the joint part is connected with the upper-side tilt shaft(166) by one body, and the other side of the joint part is connected with a display device fixing plate. A left and right tilt part has a left and right tilt motor(180), left and right tilt gear boxes(184), a screw set(185) of a double pipe screw shape, a left and right tilt shaft, and a link(188). The left and right tilt motor is installed in a front surface of the other side of the movable plate, and a cable is led out to both sides of a vertical direction of the left and right tilt motor(180). One side of the left and right tilt gear boxes(184) is combined to the cable of the left and right tilt motor(180). The left and right tilt gear boxes(184) perpendicularly change rotary force. One side of the screw set(185) is connected to the other side of the left and right tilt gear boxes. The screw set converts rotary motion in a longitudinal direction. The left and right tilt shaft is connected and rotated with the other side of the screw set, and one side of the left and right tilt shaft is fixed to the movable plate. The link has a joint part. One side of the point part is connected with the left and right tilt shaft by one body, and the other side of the joint part is connected to the display device fixing plate. Three points of one surface of the display device fixing plate are connected with the links(168,188) by a ball joint, and a display device is fixed to the other side of the display device fixing plate.
