A chemical filling system is provided to prevent chemicals from being leaked by fixing an auto valve. A chemical filling system comprises a load cell(220), on which a filling container(10) is put, and an air cylinder(230) that moves the load cell(220) upward or downward. An auto valve(110) connected to an injection pipe(111) of chemicals is located above the load cell(220). The chemicals are filled in the filling container according to the movement of the filling container on the load cell(220). The load cell(220) detects the weight of the filling container to control the up-and-down movement of the load cell(220) and the opening or closing of the auto valve(110). After the filling container is filled with the chemicals, the filling container is carried out in the direction opposite to the direction in which the filling container is carried in. |
