A pallet for stably mounting a back light unit is provided to reduce an error rate by protecting a mounted back light unit from an impact by a shock absorber. In a lower plate, a hinge having certain height is protruded in both rear edges, and a sag prevention guide bar corresponding to the height of the protruded hinge is formed in both front edges. An upper plate(2) is combined with the hinge. In the upper plate, a back light unit tilting groove(21) is formed. In both front edges of the upper plate, an upper plate tilting guide groove(22) backwardly prolonged to a certain length is formed. Four transfer brackets(3) include two guide rails which are formed in parallel, a stable mounting bar(32) which reciprocates in correspondence with the two adjacent guide rails and is protruded within the transfer bracket and in which the bottom of the back light unit is stably mounted, and a product stable mount guide(33) which is vertically inserted so that a side of the back light unit is externally and closely contacted. A shock absorber is formed in both sides adjacent to the guide bar of the lower plate to absorb an impact of the upper plate after tilting.
