A light-emitting ghost mouth on a mask is provided to increase excitement and attract interests from people in parties held particularly in a dark place, or serve cheering purpose in a sports game. A light-emitting ghost mouth on a mask has a spooky goblin face. For light emission, the mask includes a control mechanism constituted of a lamp as a light source, a power supply, and a switch. In detail, a light emitting diode chip is employed as the light source which is attached to a canine tooth in the mouth. Preferably, a red light emitting diode with a long wavelength is used. Moreover, a speaker is included to create goblin laugh at the same time of light flashing. The mask is made out of a soft natural resin, or a nontoxic synthetic resin containing flexible plastic.
