An optical film, a back light unit having the same and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the back light unit are provided to obtain high and uniform luminance by improving vertical incident efficiency for an LCD panel by increasing light converging efficiency. An optical film(60) includes plural prisms(62) respectively having a light incident unit(62a) and a light emit unit(62b), plural reflecting units(63) which are made of metal, and continuously interposed between one prism and the other prism of the plural prisms, and have inverse V-shaped sections, and a permeation layer(80) which is prepared in an inner space of respective plural reflecting units.
