An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce an error rate of the OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device by enabling a user to inspect visually a coupling state between a bump and a bonding pad using naked eyes. An organic light emitting display device includes plural first bonding pads(142), plural second bonding pads(144), and third bonding pads(146,148). The first bonding pads are connected to an input pad. A bump of a driving chip is connected to the first bonding pads. The second bonding pads are connected to the OLED. The bump of the driving chip is connected to the second bonding pads. The first and second bonding pads are formed in a multi-stage structure. The third bonding pads are formed in a single-stage structure.
