METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING SHEETS FOR DECORATING FLOOR

A method for manufacturing sheets for decorating a floor is provided to maintain a patter formed on the surface of the sheet uniform if a synthetic resin cover layer is formed by pressing and molten molding resin. A sheet for decorating a floor includes a pattern layer, a transparent resin layer, and a surface protecting layer. The sheet for decorating the floor has another surface coated with a synthetic resin cover layer. The transparent resin layer has a thickness between 60 micro-meter and 250 micro-meter. The sheet for decorating the floor has a thickness between 300 micro-meter and 580 micro-meter. The synthetic resin cover layer is pressed and molded at a thickness between 80 micro-meter and 250 micro-meter. At least one of the transparent resin layer and the synthetic resin layer is made of thermoplastic resin.
