A liquid bleaching agent composition is provided to allow thickening thereof, prevents a drop in the viscosity or gas generation over time, and to realize excellent shelf stability. A liquid bleaching agent composition comprises: (A) hydrogen peroxide; (B) a surfactant; and (C) a water soluble polymer compound represented by the formula of R1-(A)n1-CONH-R2-NHCO-(B)n2-R1, wherein R1 is a C10-C22 linear or branched alkyl or alkenylene group; each of A and B independently represents a C2-C4 alkylene oxide; n1 is an average additional mole number of A ranging from 10 to 100; n2 is an average addition mole number of B ranging from 10 to 100; and R2 represents a C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group. |
