A method and a system for providing goods information with a mobile service are provided to extract the goods information based on voice data which is transmitted from a mobile terminal through a voice communication service as including the goods name or code number of a barcode, and then transmit the goods information to the mobile terminal. A selector(810) selects a database(820) by using the voice data including a goods name or a goods code number received from a mobile terminal(201). An extractor(830) extracts goods information corresponding to the goods name or the goods code number from the database. A goods information provider(840) transmits the extracted goods information to the mobile terminal. The selector includes a voice data receiver, a voice data processor, an analysis data generator, and a database selector. The mobile terminal includes a transmitter transmitting barcode information related to barcode of the goods to a goods information providing system and a goods information receiver receiving the goods information.
