A cushion massager having vibration and heating functions is provided to press a user's anus and vibrate perineum and urethral sphincter at the same time, while bringing heat into a cushion seat. A cushion massager includes a body(100), a solenoid valve(20) as a pressing section, vibration motors(30,40) as vibrating sections, and a controller. The body has a protruded portion(10) which is downwardly recessed between both sides(100a,100c) of the cushion. The solenoid valve is opened and closed by pumping to create an acupressure effect onto press a user's anus. The vibration motors are installed at an area(100b) to create an acupressure effect on the user's perineum and urethral sphincter. Also, a heater fan(50) is provided to heat the surface of the body containing silver, thereby keeping the user's hip area warm.
