A device for interfacing a JTAG emulator is provided to offer an environment for conveniently developing and debugging a mobile terminal, and directly interface between the JTAG emulator used for debugging during development of the mobile terminal and the mobile terminal without any peripheral. A power block(303) supplies charging power to the mobile terminal by converting/adjusting a voltage level of received power voltage, provides power to the JTAG emulator, and measures current. A JTAG port switch(301) selects and connects an internal MS data port and an external JTAG. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface(302) comprises a USB-to-serial transformation block converting USB data into a serial UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) and a USB hub block. The JTAG port switch comprises a port switching multiplexer and demultiplexer by using a fast FET(Field Effect Transistor) bus switch.
