An information recording medium, a method for manufacturing information recording medium, a recording/reproducing head, and a method for manufacturing the recording/reproducing head are provided to enable high density recording without a loss of a recording area by installing magnetic recording layers and an electric recording layer. An information recording medium(200) comprises magnetic recording layers(ML) and an electric recording layer(EL) formed of a ferromagnetic material. The magnetic recording layers and the electric recording layer are annular tracks, and alternately placed. The magnetic recording layers are installed on projections of a substrate, and the electric recording layer is placed in a groove between the projections.
