<p>A method for manufacturing a metal lump using a waste metal chip is provided to improve recycling performance by using the waste metal chip and to increase convenience in melting the metal lump for recycle. A method for manufacturing a metal lump using a waste metal chip includes a step of heat-treating the collected waste metal chip firstly to evaporate or burn a foreign material of a raw material; a step of adding 1~3 weight% of a binder to the heat-treated waste metal chip; a step of adding a carburizing agent, ferrous sulfate, and ferrous silicon to the waste metal chip; a step of forming a cylindrical metal lump(10) by the raw material with the binder and the added agent using a press former; and a step of heat-treating the formed metal lump secondarily to remove remaining moisture and a grease component and to improve adhesive force of the added binder.</p> |
