TRENCHLESS RENOVATION METHOD FOR WATERWORKS USING RESIN SPREADED TUBE LINING

A renovation method of tube lining coated with resin for a water supply is provided to prevent a water pipe from being contaminated due to the outflow of resin by reducing an amount of the resin to be used. An injection head(4) is injected into a pipe and resin is continuously coated on the inner wall of the pipe under upper or middle temperatures. A soft reinforced tube is injected into the pipe coated with the resin, and turned over by using air pressure. The resin is hardened under the room temperature or provided with steam heat, thereby fixing the reinforced tube to the inner wall of the pipe. The thickness of a resin layer coated on the inner wall of the pipe is in a range of 1mm to 5mm. The resin is made of liquid epoxy or polyester. The resin coated on the surface of a soft reinforced tube is made of poly-ethylene or poly-urethane.
