A method for manufacturing cleansing tissues is provided to produce continuously two or more types of tissue boxes treated with different types of perfume during a cartoning process of the tissue boxes, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and the manufacturing time. An apparatus for applying perfume to a tissue box(50) comprises at least two perfume tanks(30) and at least two nozzles(10) for spraying the perfume transferred from the perfume tanks to the tissue box. Each of the perfume tanks includes at least two sensors(20) for sensing an identification mark attached on the tissue box, a program logic controller for receiving a sensing signal from the sensors, and a solenoid valve operated according to the sensing signal. The identification mark is attached on a wing portion, an upper surface, a bottom surface, or a lateral surface, wherein the type of identification mark is determined according to the type of perfume to be sprayed. Different types of perfume are supplied to the perfume tanks, respectively. The perfume is sprayed on the tissue box after putting cleansing tissues into the tissue box, on which the identification mark is attached, and before assembling the tissue box. |
