A sound source mixing device, a ring-back tone providing system, and a sound source providing system are provided to adjust a level of sound sources selected by a user automatically, mix the sound sources, adjust/provide the sound source mixed according to a standard of each network, and automatically generate/provide a ring-back tone by selection of the user. A sound source database(110) stores sound source data. A sound source mixing module(120) accesses/mixes the sound sources stored in the sound source database according to a sound source mixing command including sound source selection information. The sound source mixing module mixes the sound source by comparing priority of the sound sources and adjusting the level of a low priority sound source according to the level of the sound source determined as the high priority sound source. The sound source mixing module includes an ADC(Analog/Digital Converter)(121) converting the sound sources selected by the sound source mixing command into a digital signal, a sound source adjuster(123), and a sound source mixer(125) mixing a first sound source and a second sound source adjusted by the sound source adjuster. |
