The exchanger (1) has a large diameter tubular part (2) forming a combustion chamber, and two small diameter pipes (4, 5) disposed with respect to each other, where the diameter of the tubular part is 2 or 2.5 times the diameter of the pipes. A bi-conical connecting rod (3) is fixed to the tubular part and the pipes. The tubular part, connecting rod and the pipes form an open ring while leaving a central space of the ring to be free. An exhaust manifold (8) is arranged perpendicular to a downstream end of the pipes.
