A joining structure of a rubber is provided to employ a locking protrusion part, a fixing stud, a through hole, and a fixing hole so that a superior assembly property is obtained. A joining structure includes a rubber stopper(R) and a vehicle panel(P). The rubber stopper(R) includes a hook unit(60) in the lower portion of a body unit. The rubber stopper(R) has at least one fixed protrusion in a body unit direction in the upper portion of the hook unit. The vehicle panel includes a hole through which the hook unit(60) of the rubber stopper(R) passes. The vehicle panel includes a fixing hole into which the fixing stud is inserted. The hook unit includes a coupling part and a locking protrusion part. The coupling pat is coupled to the body unit and has a diameter smaller than the diameter of a lower end of the body unit. The locking protrusion is connected to the lower portion of the coupling part. The locking protrusion has a protrusion at the upper end.
