An apparatus for reducing tire vibration/noise is provided to employ a unit realized through passive constrained-layer damping treatment so that a tire absorbs vibration/noise on the road surface. A unit for reducing vibration of a tire generated on a road surface is realized. A vibration/noise reducing unit that is a sound absorption unit is attached to the surface of the lower portion of an inner-liner(20) of the tire. The sound absorption unit is realized through passive constrained-layer damping treatment. The vibration/noise reduction unit has a layer structure in which a lower layer is an elastic layer and an upper layer is a constraining layer.
