An electro-wetting display device is provided to implement colors on a screen of the electro-wetting display device by including a color oil layer and a transparent aqueous solution layer per each unit pixel cell and controlling movements of the transparent aqueous solution layer through an electro-wetting method. An electro-wetting display device includes a lower substrate(11), a first electrode(14) formed on the lower substrate, a partition(30) which is formed on the lower substrate and partitions unit pixel cells, transparent aqueous solution and color oil layers(40,42) which are injected per unit pixel cell to form a separated layer, an upper substrate(21) facing the lower substrate, a black matrix(22) formed on the upper substrate, and a second electrode(24) formed on the upper substrate. |
