A cooling/heating system is provided to performing cooling operation and heating operation by using a bottom coil type heat exchanger and reducing the temperature and pressure of refrigerant. A cooling/heating system includes a compressor for compressing refrigerant gas into high temperature high pressure gas, and heat generated from the compression of the refrigerant gas is conducted to the floor or wall of a room through a stop valve(3), a check valve(4), a solenoid valve(5), a refrigerant dispenser(6), and a bottom coil type heat exchanger(7). The refrigerant is collected in a return pipe(8). A capillary pipe(15) for reducing the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant is connected to a vacuum valve(9), a spin dryer(10), a refrigerant inlet port(11), a check valve(12), a solenoid valve(13), and a spin dryer(14) such that the capillary pipe is used as an evaporator(21) in a cooling water unit of a refrigerant(16-A). |
