A lighting device having a high brightness LED(Light Emitting Diode) is provided to reduce power consumption of the lighting device by selectively using a solar cell and a battery. A heat radiating plate(10) is made of aluminum. Plural radiating pins are formed on the heat radiating plate. Plural through-holes are formed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(20). Coupling bolts are mated in the through-holes. At least one LED(1) is attached to the PCB using a ceramic adhesive agent. A transparent plate(30) is coupled with the LED using a diffusing case and bolts. Plural focusing lenses are formed inside the transparent plate. A diffusing case(40) is coupled with the transparent plate. A position adjusting bolt(15) is mounted at a rear center of the heat radiating plate.
