A universal elbow hinged brace is provided to adjust the angle of a forearm and a hand to be optimal for the treatment corresponding to the fracture state of a patient, and to enable the patient to easily move his/her hand about the forearm. A universal elbow hinged brace includes: an arm securing portion(32) for securing an arm; a front arm securing portion(10) for securing a forearm; a connection portion(30) for connectedly securing the arm securing portion and the front arm securing portion at a predetermined angle; a support(15) extended from the bottom of the front arm securing portion to be able to support a hand and having an upwardly bent tip end with a coupling pin insertion hole formed therein; and a handle(1) rotatably connected to the tip end of the support with the aid of the coupling pin(19).
