#CMT# #/CMT# The device has connection chips (11) positioned freely on fixations (4) e.g. threaded rod, of a wavy metal or asbestos-cement support (1) and including oblong holes pierced on a longitudinal axis of the chips. Omega profiles (6) are introduced into the chips parallel to purlins of a metallic frame and are fixed on the chips by a drywall screw, where the profiles and the chips are identical. A metal sheet is installed on the profiles and forms a new insulated or non-insulated covering. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for fixing a metal sheet on a roof of a building for insulating and sealing a wavy metal or asbestos-cement support (claimed) of the building. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The configuration of the connection chips ensures an improved mechanical resistance for maintaining the metal sheet in place under the effect of wind. The connection chips and the omega profiles are identical, thus permitting to automate fabrication of the profiles, and hence simplifying fabrication of the profiles and reducing fabrication cost of the profiles.
