Provided is a mobile terminal device, in which an information storage medium having an electronic money function is removably mounted. An authentication is performed between the information storage medium and the mobile terminal device so that the electronic money function of the information storage medium can be executed in case the authentication is affirmed. The information storage medium (30) stores electronic money information, and includes a nonvolatile memory (33) registered with at least one mobile terminal device, an interface (31) to be connected with the mobile terminal device, and an electronic money control unit (32). This electronic money control unit (32) authenticates whether or not the mobile terminal device connected with the interface (31) is one registered in the nonvolatile memory (33), and permits the mobile terminal device having succeeded in the authentication, an access to the electronic money information. The information storage medium (30) permits, when it permits the mobile terminal device connected with the interface (31) the access to the electronic money information, the connection with an external antenna for transmitting/receiving the electronic money information.
