MULTI FUNCTION YELLOW EARTH MORTAR MANUFACTURE METHOD

摘要

A method for manufacturing multi-functional loess mortar is provided to produce loess mortar which has fundamental loess functions and effects, prevents and treats diseases, and maintains strength and durability proper for plastering mortar. A method for manufacturing multi-functional loess mortar containing loess as a main component includes a step of mixing 22-25% of quartzite powder(45-40mesh), 12-15% of sericite powder(300-350mesh), 15-18% of one powder selected from burnt plaster powder and dried hardy orange powder, and the balance of loess powder(100-150mesh) to obtain 100% of mortar. When the mortar is used, the mortar is mixed with a proper amount of water.
