A reactive spironaphthoxazine compound is provided to inhibit phase separation phenomenon of the spironaphthoxazine compound in coating solution, suppress blooming phenomenon over time of photochromic coating membrane, and maintain the photochromic properties of the membrane for a long period through direct grafting of the spironaphthoxazine compound to polyurethane molecule. A reactive spironaphthoxazine compound represented by the formula(1) is provided, wherein X^1, X^2 and X^3 are each independently hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl group, hydroxy group, C1-C10 alkoxy group, C1-C10 hydroxy alkyl group, 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group substituted by at least one of N, O and S, amine group substituted by C1-C4 alkyl group, or -L-P; P is a reactive end selected from -OH, -COOH and -COOR^1; R^1 is C1-C20 alkyl group; L is a linker for connecting spironaphthoxazine to the reactive end P; and a and b are each independently an integer from 1 to 4.
