The method involves feeding fresh ventilation air (12) and recycled air (16) into an inner chamber (11) defined by an enclosure (10) that is located in a premises e.g. multi-storey dwelling. The air contained in the chamber is heat-treated based on a setpoint temperature in rooms e.g. reception room. Fouled air is evacuated from functional rooms e.g. kitchen. The air (12) insufflated in a given room is heat-treated independently in a room-by-room manner. The air (16) mixed with the air (12) is subjected to the heat treatment, during the necessity to attain the temperature in one room. An independent claim is also included for a system for heating, cooling and ventilating a premises, comprising a set of rooms.
