<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag fastening belt which can easily adjust its length appropriately so as to adhere to a belt-like bag and can prevent reduction in safety along with the improvement of adjustability in length so as to adhere to the bag. <P>SOLUTION: The bag fastening belt has a connecting fixture 3 which connects a strip belt body 1 in a loop shape and holds a free end part 2 of the belt body 1 in a drawable manner to form a loop radius D of the belt body 1 in a reducible manner by drawing out the free end part 2, and an elastic section 5 which is provided on the belt body 1 and stretched by drawing out the free end part 2 of the belt body 1 wound around a bag 4 from the connecting fixture 3 to generate energizing force for fastening the bag 4.
