<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like for obtaining an optimum manufacturing plan considering manufacturing conditions larger and more flexible than a conventional one, in a manufacturing process machining a plurality of made-to-order goods (orders) to be processed continuously by single lots, or collectively by a plurality of lots. <P>SOLUTION: Variables, upper and lower limit constraints of the variables, and an evaluation function are set for preparing a lot plan (steps 3, 4, 5, 6). The variables are sorted into a determinate variable set and an indeterminate variable set, and the optimum lot schedule is planned by a plurality of repeating processes of calculating a real value of a variable belonging to the determinate variable set optimizing the evaluation function, determining optimality, reexamining the variable sets, carrying out offense determination of the preset manufacturing conditions, adding new constraints resolving offenses, and fixing values of the variables to integers (step 7). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
