<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad stamp rally game system using a portable communication terminal, which automatically adjusts a fare of a boarding section with only the portable communication terminal and prepares a stamp as electronic data, and in which a user can confirm data about the stamps of stations that the user got on and off at on a screen of the portable communication terminal, and can also use the portable communication terminal capable of printing out as necessary. <P>SOLUTION: A ticket gate unit 1 of a station reads/writes personal data and information of stations where the user got on and off in a cellular phone 3. This allows a fare adjustment machine to adjust the fare and fare adjustment information to be sent to a game server device 6. The game server device 6 confirms the personal data and the information of the stations, prepares stamp data of the confirmed stations, and updates user data. The updated data is downloaded to the cellular phone 3.
