PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an avoidance operation calculating device calculating a driving operation rate, capable of avoiding an obstacle while considering a maneuverable range of a road on which a vehicle is traveling.

SOLUTION: A road boundary detecting means is provided for detecting the road 13 on which the vehicle 12 is traveling, and its boundary part 29, an obstacle detecting means is provided for detecting the obstacle 14 existing on the road 13, an automatic information detecting means is provided for detecting information of the vehicle 12, and an avoidance operation calculating means 28 is provided for calculating the operation rate for avoiding the obstacle 14 on the road 13.
