<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container for stably storing a chip. <P>SOLUTION: The storage container 10 includes a plurality of lower storage parts 13 in which chips C are stored. The lower storage part 13 includes: a swelling part 29 forming a mounting surface 29A on which a substrate K of the chip C is mounted; and a plurality of protrusions 30 provided in a position surrounding the swelling part 29A, and forms a storage space A1 having a leading edge of the protrusions 30 as an entrance 31 of the chip C. The protrusions 30 are placed at predetermined intervals on an end surface K1 of the substrate K mounted on the mounting surface 29A. A protruding body 34B is provided between the adjacent lower storage parts 13, and the protruding body 34B shuts the air discharged from a pickup device into the storage space A1 to prevent it from flowing into other storage parts 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
