PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attribute providing device for reducing the load of providing user attribute information.

SOLUTION: An attribute information/granularity retrieving part 270 retrieves corresponding user attribute information and its granularity from an attribute information management database 201 in response to an attribute information request from a service providing device. A granularity/attribute information disclosure confirming part 240 requests the user terminal of the corresponding user to confirm the granularity and confirm the acceptance/rejection to disclose the attribute information to the service providing device. An attribution information disclosure acceptance/rejection determining part 250 verifies a disclosure acceptance/rejection answer of the attribute information from the user terminal and determines the acceptance/rejection of the disclosure of the attribute information to the service providing device. An attribute information/granularity transmitting part 230 transmits the attribute information and the granularity or granularity changed by the user to the service providing device when the acceptance of the disclosure of the attribute information is determined.
