PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording/reproducing device for, even if recording is performed by one tuner, enabling a user to quickly view his or her desired channel by the other tuner. SOLUTION: This video recording/reproducing device is configured so that when video information from either a first receiving means or a second receiving means is recorded, power can be supplied to the other receiving means.
