PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of noises due to existence of mercury in the edge of a glass tube. SOLUTION: A positive charged substance 9 which is near mercury ion in the electrostatic charge order that repulses with mercury 4 is coated on the edge in the glass tube 1. To be concrete, the substance 9 is coated on the surface of an inlet wire 7 located in the both ends of the glass tube 1. Furthermore, the substance 9 is coated on the inner wall of the beads 8.
