PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk of a hard disk drive, the hard disk drive, method for texturing a recording medium forming a substrate, method for texturing the substrate of the magnetic recording medium disk and method for operating the hard disk drive. SOLUTION: The disk of the hard disk drive comprises a first texture having a first cross angle which is a cross angle of a mesh pattern recessed on the surface of the disk substrate and textured in a mesh pattern crossing each other, and a second texture having the second cross angle which is relatively smaller than the first cross angle as a cross angle of the mesh pattern formed independently from the first texture on the surface of the disk substrate and textured in a mesh pattern crossing each other.
